What is Self Healing?

Self healing is a process of restoring balance within your body and mind. This is often accomplished by changing old patterns or habits, eating a healthy diet and getting enough sleep.

Self-healing materials exhibit autonomic repair of damage by spontaneously reversing the degradation process. Johnson et al. reported an organogel whose metal coordination complexes exhibit fast ligand exchange kinetics, resulting in self-healing.

1. Be an active participant

Self healing means being an active participant in your own journey. Whether your journey is physical, mental, or emotional, you must do your part to heal. For instance, if you go to therapy but still have bad thought patterns or eat like crap, then you won’t get very far in your healing journey.

Another example is if you have inner wounds that have been buried for a long time. If you don’t work to heal them, they can turn into anger or bitterness. In the end, they can make you resentful and untrusting of people around you.

So, if you know someone who is struggling with self harm, try to help them as much as possible. Make a safe environment by keeping matches, razor blades, and other tools out of their reach. Also, learn about healthy coping strategies and share them with your loved one. This will give them a different way to cope with their emotions and build self-esteem.

2. Get in touch with your soul

Soul healing helps bridge the gap between your mind and body. It clears negative energy patterns and encourages healthy, soul-aligned experiences and decisions. It also addresses karmic issues that may be repeating in this life and past lives, and provides guidance on how to resolve them.

Messages from your soul can be conveyed through intuition, which is a subtle inner voice that sounds very much like you. Your soul can also speak through physical sensations, such as a shiver down your spine or itchy spot on your skin. It can also communicate with you through emotional feelings, such as anger or sadness.

Your soul can also talk to you when you lose yourself in an activity that you love. This could be anything from cooking, dancing, or writing to running or painting. The key is to tune into the process and outcome, allowing your soul to take over so that your mind can quiet down and listen.

3. Start small

You can begin to heal yourself by embracing practices that bring peace and joy. It might mean finding a new meditation practice, art therapy, or journaling routine that will be your consistent source of healing. Ask the safe people in your life to provide nudges, and support you in creating these practices as a daily ritual.

It also means letting go of the belief that healing must be a solitary journey. This is often a root cause of illness. Optimal healing involves the whole tribe – a community of people who love, care for and support one another.

This is the kind of spiritual surrender that allows intuition, signs and synchronicities, and body wisdom to help you navigate your healing journey. It’s not going to be linear, and there will be dips down. It’s about noticing these experiences, understanding why they happen, and consciously choosing to rise again. The simplest way to do this is by being aware of the energy you cart around with you.

4. Be open to heal

The self healing process is a life-long journey. It requires dedication and patience. However, it is a crucial step in your journey to a better version of yourself. In the end, it will be worth it.

People with inner wounds tend to get easily upset and angry over small things. They also tend to overthink and develop bad scenarios for themselves. This can lead to them becoming pessimistic or despairing with their lives.

When you are open to self healing, it will help to remove those negative feelings and bring about positive thoughts and emotions. It will also allow you to forgive others, even those that have hurt you in the past. This will make you a happier and more relaxed individual.
