Wellness consciousness is the ability to prioritize healthy choices in all aspects of life. This includes dietary, physical, psychological, and social factors. It also includes a sense of fulfillment spiritually, occupationally, and emotionally.
In this study, health consciousness indirectly influences home-based exercise through the mediation of health life goal and perceived behavioral control. Structural equation modeling shows that these variables have a significant impact on the dependent variable.
Perceptual awareness
Perception is the process of gaining information about your environment through the senses, including vision, hearing, smell, taste and touch. This information is interpreted by your brain, which turns it into a conscious experience that you can then interact with in your daily life.
Perceptual awareness is often characterized by the presence of specific event-related brain activity, such as the P3b component in visual perception, but recent research has revealed that this signature may not be sufficient to distinguish conscious from unconscious processing.
