What is Spiritual Energy?

Spiritual Energy is a force that can change your reality. It’s known by many names such as Qi, kundalini, prana and more. It’s also referred to as dunamis in the Bible – the power that Jesus had to heal and do miracles.

We are all surrounded by this energy. It flows through and around the physical body in a aura that’s like a kaleidoscope of colours.

1. It’s a form of energy

Spiritual Energy is the energy that animates your consciousness and the universe. It’s the energy behind everything in existence, and according to Einstein — E=mc2 – it can be transferred, transformed, and shared.

Everyone has a unique energetic vibration. Some people’s energy is calming and peaceful, while others have energies that can be described as fiery or intense. You can feel someone’s energy through their voice, body language, or aura.

For centuries, ancient spiritual traditions have embraced and practiced the use of spiritual energy to make changes in their lives and the world around them. They refer to this energy by many names, including Qi, Ki, Prana, and Pneuma. Some even believe that they can raise their spiritual energy level through different types of exercises.

2. It interacts with other forms of energy

Spiritual Energy is a force that permeates every level of reality. Every living thing holds this energy within themselves, and it is a part of our daily lives. It is also a very powerful energy that can be harnessed.

When a person talks about their spiritual energy, they usually mean that they feel a surge of energy in their body. They may also feel a feeling of connection to others or the world at large. This is often compared to a magnetic field. However, the well-understood phenomena of electromagnetism is used in many medical procedures and has nothing to do with psychic energy.

Another form of Spiritual Energy is a person’s aura. This is a three dimensional kaleidoscope of electromagnetic energy surrounding a physical body. This aura is sent out, received and exchanged with everyone and everything that they come into contact with.

3. It’s a force

The world around us holds an immense amount of energy. The energies of all the things, people and animals around you are constantly being created and consumed in a never-ending cycle. It takes a lot of effort and time to get through this energy, but some spiritual practices – like reiki, energy healing or cranial osteopathy (or cranial osteopathy) – help to balance this energy and bring it back into a healthy state of flow.

Some esoteric spiritual beliefs talk of energy as a force that flows through all living things and the universe. This is similar to the idea of gravity, which can be understood as an invisible force exerting itself on objects. The same can be said for Spiritual Energy.

4. It’s a force of nature

If you’re looking for proof of Spiritual Energy, there’s a strong argument to be made that this invisible, intangible force connects everything. After all, even objects that appear solid and stationary are actually vibrating and oscillating at different frequencies.

The spiritual world uses words like qi, ki, prana, psi, mana and so on to describe this energy. They often talk about how this energy can make the impossible possible.

But there’s no scientific evidence for this type of energy. Scientists have tried to find this energy but to no avail. They’ve also tried to explain it by other means, such as the idea that a person’s soul leaves their body after death. But this explanation has never been proven either.

5. It’s a force of creation

Whether you believe in it or not, we all hold spiritual energy within us. This energy flows around and through our bodies in a complex kaleidoscope of electromagnetic vibrations known as the aura.

This energy can heal, change, attract and repel, as well as bring us into a state of flow, or what psychologist Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi calls a ‘flow experience’. This is a state of being where we become more connected to our divine purpose, or what our dharma is in this lifetime.

Many people use the words spirit and energy interchangeably, but they are different concepts. Spirit is the non-physical essence of a person, such as their neshama or soul. Energy is the life force that powers all things on Earth, from the sun to living things and even the smallest atoms.
