What is Spiritual Energy?

Spiritual energy is invisible, intangible and amazingly powerful. Like the invisible force of gravity, this energy connects everything together.

Some people are familiar with this concept through practices such as reiki, chakra work and kundalini energy. Others are less so. The question is: what does it really mean? Let’s explore.

It’s all around us

Whether you’re talking to someone who drains you, or walking through a crowd that leaves you feeling empty, it may be because of low spiritual energy. This type of energy is invisible but it’s very real. It can be likened to gravity; a force that’s unobservable but whose effects are evident.

Those who are high in spiritual energy have a deep inner peace that’s characterized by the feeling of sukha, which is a Pali word meaning “repleteness, contentment, delight—a calm, abiding joy regardless of external circumstances.” They also have a stronger sense of social support and can keep their cool under pressure.

This energy can be tapped by anyone who has an awakening experience. It can help you become one with the world, and it’s available to everyone. Just think of the universe as a massive energy exchange, with every living thing sending, receiving and absorbing energy in an eternal cycle. This is how karma functions.

It’s a force

Spiritual Energy is a force that allows us to sense, feel and intuit everything around us. It’s through our energy systems that we can feel a tense atmosphere, feel the drained energy of someone who has been begging for help or even just experience a ‘goosebumps’ response to positive stimuli.

This ‘God’ energy or pneuma, as it’s known in the Greek New Testament, is that power that makes it possible to move mountains and achieve great things when our backs are against the wall and we want to give up. It’s the same power that Jesus felt when he performed his miracles.

There are many proofs of this energy that go beyond personal testimony or aesthetic imagination. One is Kirlian photography, which records an aura-like glow around living beings. Another is an experiment conducted by Masaru Emoto, who froze water molecules before and after exposure to different words, music and prayers. He found that water exposed to positive words and music produced beautiful crystals, while those with negative words or music had disfigured crystals.

It’s a power

Spiritual Energy is a power that can be used to heal and transform the world. It can help us to connect with a deeper understanding of love, truth and reality. It also helps us to balance the material and spiritual aspects of our life. It is often experienced through practices such as reiki, energy healing and chakra work. It is also found in yoga and other spiritual practices.

While the terms “spiritual energy” and “energy” are often used interchangeably, they have different meanings. Spirit is the soul or essence of a person, while energy is a force that is present in all things.

To boost your spiritual energy, start each day with a prayer or meditation. This can calm the mind and slow your racing thoughts, allowing you to listen to your intuition. You can also practice mindfulness, a technique that allows you to be more fully aware of your surroundings and experiences. Finally, you can connect with your community through service to others.

It’s a gift

Spiritual energy can be boosted by engaging in activities that you enjoy. This can include hobbies, exercise, or even spending time outdoors. Spending time in nature can help you detach from your day-to-day concerns and focus on the beauty of life around you. It can also improve your mood, boost your immune system and increase your energy levels.

When you’re in a high vibrational state, your intuition becomes more acute. You may be able to feel a tense atmosphere or sense danger. You can also be intuitive about other people’s energy. For example, you might be able to tell when someone is draining your energy.

The Holy Spirit gives this gift to believers so that they can encourage others in their faith. Those with this gift can uplift and motivate others, as well as challenge and rebuke them to foster spiritual growth and action. They often have a strong sense of integrity and are free from the desire for fame, recognition or ego.
