Spiritual Energy is something most people don’t fully understand. They might have heard about it from a religious or mystical perspective, but may not know exactly what it is.
This type of energy is a collection of electromagnetic fields that surrounds every living thing. It’s also known as the aura.
It’s an Unseen Force
If you want to develop spiritual energy, you must first remove the barriers that block it. You can do this through a spiritual practice such as meditation or by connecting with people who encourage you to express your kindness and compassion.
All living things hold this powerful energy inside them and it is accessed through your body’s spiritual energy system. It’s the energy that allows you to sense, feel and intuit everything around you. It is the same energy that gives you the power to detect a tense atmosphere or be drained by someone who needs your help.
Many spiritual traditions refer to this force as the Unseen Presence or the Angelic Presence, among other names. These Unseen Forces support the evolution of life beyond the limits of its variability and competition, directing it towards Knowledge and a unifying reality for all races. This energy is what makes all forms of life divine. Just like gravity, it affects all of us equally.
It’s All Around You
Spiritual Energy surrounds all living things, in the same way that electromagnetic waves (radiowaves, microwaves, soundwaves) radiate through physical space. Similarly, spiritual energy surrounds us and is always there to be tapped into.
If you’ve ever been around someone that seems full of mud and is constantly slinging it at other people, then you have experienced a person who is low in spiritual energy. Conversely, if you have been around someone who is clear as water and their energy feels like a cool bath, then you have experienced a person with high spiritual energy.
Spiritual energy can be found in all kinds of things and experiences. It can be something as seemingly insignificant as finding the right book at the right time, or it can be some kind of major event that brings you to a place of soul-led awareness. Either way, learning to listen and tap into spiritual energy is a powerful experience that is well worth the journey!
It’s a Powerful Force
Psychics, healers and miracle workers are all able to tap into the collective energy of the universe. This energy runs through the body along the meridians, and it’s also what allows us to sense, feel and intuit everything around us.
This energy is often described as “spiritual chills” or a “psychic buzz”. People who are spiritually chilled report having the ability to telepathically pick up on other people’s thoughts, move objects with their mind, clear premonitions and heal themselves and others simply by touching them.
The idea of soul or spirit energy is also common in many spiritual and ancient traditions, referred to as prana in Hinduism, chi in Chinese philosophy and dharmakaya in Mahayana Buddhism. Although these ideas overlap with religious, medical and mystical frameworks, physical scientists have yet to fully quantify ethereal properties. This makes it difficult to study spirituality using scientific methods.
It’s a Gift
It’s important to understand that spiritual energy is a gift. You’re naturally equipped to use it, but it takes practice to get it right.
When you’re able to channel and use your spiritual energy in a healthy manner, it allows you to unlock a greater potential for healing, intuition, purpose, creativity and more. You can then use this gift to help others tap into theirs, too.
Think of someone you know who is a natural when it comes to using their spiritual gifts. This is probably a person that seems to be at ease in their body and is intuitive about everything they experience. They’ll pick up on the energy of a room as soon as they walk in and are able to guide their decisions with it.
These people often have gifts like clear remembering, manifesting, earth divination, elemental communication and transmutation of energies. They also tend to have a clear sense of compassion and empathy.
